Sale of Property<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All property is sold “as is, where is” and this site, nor the artist of the purchased property make any express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the property or to the correctness of any advertisement, catalogue, any studio or any studio’s website, or any other medium used to announce this sale or to the description of any property sold in this sale. (Please also refer to Refund and Returns<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Description of Property<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Any and all descriptions, including the condition, age, correctness, provenance, attribution, quality, importance, size or authenticity of the property offered, are not to be taken as an affirmation of fact.  All descriptions of sold property are for the purpose of identification only. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Approval Sale<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This is not an approval sale. Whether property purchased is by absentee sale, telephone sale, or occurs at or in any studio where displayed, all sales are final and items may not be returned (refer to Refund and Returns Policy <\/a>page).  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Personal Inspection<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Provided that property purchased at a studio or any art show where the buyer can be present, buyers should be able to inspect collection items personally prior to purchase of said property and make their own determination as to condition, quality, importance, size, age or authenticity prior to purchase.  Potential buyers are welcome to visit and see these items at any studio or gallery showing where displayed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipping Costs<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Packing, shipping and insurance cost are the sole responsibility of the buyer unless other arrangements have been agreed upon between the buyer and the proprietor of the location of sale  We are affiliated through with a shipping company near us which can provide virtually all aspects of shipment. Unless purchased on this site, purchased items must be removed within the required number of days specified by the gallery or studio showing the property unless other arrangements are made with and between the buyer and studio or gallery from which the buyer makes the purchase.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ownership<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ownership of any properties does not begin until buyer has paid the full purchase amount.  Any checks, credit cards or other financial instruments where funds have not cleared the bank, are not considered final payment until they have cleared. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Upon consummation of said sale, the buyer shall assume full risk and responsibility for property items purchased at any location other than from ambientcanvas.com<\/a>.  Any and all claims regarding shipping of property to buyer (from purchased location) will be between carrier and owner (buyer).  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
